Test pipe is a test pipe in my opinion. Others may argue with that

The HKS hi-power is 60mm, I also have this exhaust.

There isn't really a difference in most test pipes, its just a pipe with flanges, and a bung for the o2 sensor. I got the Invidia with the CEL fix from Evasive. Since your exhaust is 60mm, it would be best to get the 60mm test pipe. I have it on mine and love it.

The best test pipe is the one with the same diameter as the collector and catback. I like my T1R test pipe because it is a resonator and looks like a cat.

It's just a piece of straight pipe, with flanges...

Rocking a super cheap ebay test pipe. Works exactly the same as one 3 times the cost. Test pipe is a test pipe. I bought an o2 spacer separately for $10.

As everyone has pretty much mentioned, test pipes are just test pipes; one exception though. I have a resonated test pipe now from Asura, formally an Invidia and there is a much better (lower) tone from my sc'd S. Problem, if any is they aint cheap but well worth it.
