Hi Billman,

I’ve read that you are the TCT master here and everyone recommends to upgrade with Your product. I’ve checked several post about tct noise and my car (AP1, 2000, 168k km ) has the same rattling sound when warmed up, but not at idle, but only when revved between 1800-3000. Both in neutral and at any speed when the rev range is so.
Is it TCT or shall I investigate it deeper before going for a tct upgrade? I live in Hungary and would like to know if you also send over here your product?

Best bet is to post a sound clip.

Take a video four feet away from FRONT of car, hood closed.

This method will allow tct noise to shine through.

I have done the quick fix by sandblasting the worm gear and the noise disappeared, which for me is a confirmation that it was the TCT. So I will go for an upgrade. I will pm you for the details.
