Billman TCT
Hi all, just picked up a 2004 S2000 with 52,000 miles. Apologies if this question has asked alot in the past, but if I don't hear any rattles yet, should I still get the Billman TCT as a preventative measure?
Thanks!
Thanks!
@Billman250 good day sir! I’m looking to purchase a billman tct, I see that you do business through pm only.
Hello,
I own a stock 2000 Honda S2000 with 48,000 miles. I’ve been noticing a random rattling sound while driving. Just wondering if this is something to be concerned about. The rattle only seems to happen a couple of times each time I drive. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi guys it seems this is predominantly an American forum.
I have a 2005 blue S2000 with 120k miles on the clock. The car has been meticulously maintained and runs really well.
I have however started to pick up a bit of a rattle and have done some research on this and it defo seems like it’s the dreaded TCT (there is a really good video on YouTube)
I see that Billman seems to be the man when it comes to TCT issues. Billman do you ship to the UK? I’m guessing if I was to sort it I could buy a new OEM unit and ship to you to modify?
Anyway glad to see such an iconic car has such a great following in the states. Must get you a few looks as a little 4 pot is taring ahead of all those V8s

Before any of that, get a sound clip of the noise. Take a video 5 feet away from the front of the car, hood closed.
TCT noise is very distinct and cannot be confused with any other noise.
