Default Bilstein Coilover problem!

I recently installed the pss9 on my car and the rear helper springs our fully compressed. Is it normal? when i lift the car up, they go back to how they were packaged but them at a normal stance, they go back down (no space between the springs, so the springs are laying on each other)

I'm not a coilover expert but had a set on my previous car that had helper springs and yes they sit compressed. When you go over a bump/hole, or put the car in a situation where one of the corners extends the suspension all the way out, the main spring may dismount from the upper/lower bracket if it didn't have a helper springs. Now in the above situation, when the suspension extends, the helper spring also extends and helps keep the main spring in place. Therefore I'm in agreement with both of the other posters.
