Default bogging out :( Update not sparkplugs or map..

Update: okay I got the P0172 4 - 5 P0170 ____ Fuel System Too Rich cel the other day and I was so happy even tho it sounds weird to be happy to get a code but ateast I have some idea now where To start. The cel went off this morning on my way to work but I've read up on some of the possibilities like vacuum leaks and other stuff. I'll go ahead and try to sort some of them out and try some of the fixes to see If it will work. If anyone else has any suggestions that would be great thanks in advanced

I recently change my spark plugs with the oem ngk r model number 7772 and it was running great until after the day of my autocross event. For 3 days it was running great and after autocrossing my car i noticed that i was getting a lot of what seemed to be pops from my exhaust. I was just thinking oh thats from changing my spark plugs and its running a little rich. My first s2000 did that so i didn't think anything of it. When i was on 4 bars of gas it started to bog out at around 4k while i was just cruising. I thoguht it was just because i had no gas so i put sunoco 93 in and filled my car up. its been getting worse and better randomly so i dont know what to do. what i've found

#1 i read that it could possibly be the map sensor and i might have to clean it out (tried it and doesn't work)
#2 could be my primary o2 sensor.... (expensive fix)
#3 it could be that my spark plugs weren't installed right (reinstalled with right gaps and torque specs still didn't work)
#4 maybe it's my test pipe making the car run to rich even though there are no codes.

anyone else?

Did number #3 resat them and its gaped properly and #1 i still haven't done....
broke my coil pack bolt and had to extract it and ended up not being able to so i bought a new valve cover.

So i think it is my cat... My friend said since i changed out my spark plugs it could have made the issue that had all along worse because im getting more spark hence making more power or what ever. he said by changing out the spark plugs it could have fixed something that i didn't need fixed and caused the actual problem that i had to become worse in a sense. He said i was flooding the system by driving like a puss and not like taking it up in the revs... when he drove the car it didn't bog out once for him and as soon as i drove it it started to act up. So long story short he told me to get injector cleaner so i got gumout and poured it all into my gas tank its been good for 40 miles.... imma keep my fingers crossed... if anyone wants to buy my j's racing tp let me know haha.... i don't think i'm going to be putting a tp back in for a while until i can figure out the reason for my excess fuel.

any input would be great guys. thanks in advanced

1 and 3 are easy to check, i'd start there unless you throw a code.

what he said

yeah, check your plugs. just check the gap to make sure they are all correct.

okay this is really pissing me off.... its bogging out all the time now

i can tell when this is going to happen because when i blip the throttle it basically back fires... its only around 3-4k rpm when i give it about 20-25% throttle... it comes and goes and there is no CEL so i can't check it out any other way

oh another symptom i found out is that when i'm in 5th or 6th gear on the highway at around 3-4k and i start giving it more gas to accelerate it starts to like not necessary bog out but there's a lower sounding exhaust note and it seem like its losing all power and wont let me accelerate... its starting to get worse and worse and new symptoms are happening

You might have filled your tank with some bad gas. Of course this is just a guess but it can happen. This can occur because the stations holding tanks are close to empty and all contaminants have been settleing to the bottom for who knows how long.?
