Brake fluid change, how much to buy

Default Brake fluid change, how much to buy

So im gonna order some Motul 600 to do my brake fluid change when i do all my stainless lines ect, and i work at a dealer with a brake fluid flush machine so ill be using that, my question is how much brake fluid should i order? is one bottle of motul600 gonna be enough or should i get 2?

S needs less than 1qt of brake fluid to bleed the system. So 1qt bottle is ok.

Just installed my SS lines and ATE blue. I still have about 1/4 to 3/8 of fluid leftover.

Really? I guess I missed that. I'm not qualifed to comment on the quality difference between the two, but I haven't heard too many complaints about ATE Blue from the local track folks near me.

Also, I presume you're changing lines/fluids to prep your car for the track? If not, keep in mind, both Motul and ATE are DOT 4, so they'll need to be changed more frequently than DOT 3 OEM fluid.

yes ill be doing new pads / rotors and adding stainless lines,

ive heard plenty of cases of boiling superblue, never heard that from motul users, for the extra couple bucks im gonna take the motul
