So I went out to start my car today...and the battery was completely dead. I jumped started the car and it started right up. Now as I was walking away from the car with it completely turned off I noticed the brake lights were on....car is 100% stock with no alarm. Any ideas why this is happening?

 

Did the brake switch pop out?

Check the switch on the pedal.
