I've ALWAYS had my pads squeak right after installing them. Until the shape of the pad wears down to match the rotors perfectly, there is always a little vibration. When I replaced my first set of pads in the S, I drove a few blocks (lightly) holding the brakes down while giving it gas. That helped a bit, and about a week later it totally went away.
