Default endless brake pads problem.

hi guys i just had my endless brake pads installed on my s2000.... it has only 200kms on it.. no hard runs or even hard braking... yesterday when i was having my spoon calipers installed... i have decided to have all my brakes cleaned from the front and rear so we romoved the front and its seems ok but when we removed the rear endless brake pads.. we discoverd that the pads it chipping off.. their are big chip offs from the pads... what could have made it cheap off??? considering that i havent drove the s2000 hard.... thanks!! both two rar pads has some chip offs......mostly on the middle of the pads.... thanks!!! seems like its breaking apart... thanks!!!

Maybe it's a defect? I've only had that happen with when I took my car to the circuit while it was on stock pads. Cracked, baked, etc.

Endless pads I have 0 experience with, but what you are describing are classic overheating symptoms.
