Got the engine installed and the AEM FRP, Now honda dealer told me that they do not have a fuel pressure guage

The car starts sometime with some dificulties; this could be becasue we reseted the ECU and the fuel pressure is not set properly, I did not move the car and i wont until I got the fuel pressure adjusted.

Since the AEM is set at 40 psi from factory does anyone how many psi means a complete turn closewise?

I need to do the break in ASAP since the tuner is comming to Europe in a few weeks.

Thanks

The motor blew because it wasn't broken in correctly?
i have over 4000 miles on it, and its still running. You can run stock ECU with the new injectors to break it in dont hit vtec ever while breaking it in. Are you breaking it in with the stock injectors and the FPR?

Why do you need to increase the fuel pressure to break it in?

Because he was breaking it in on the stock ECU and injectors - not enough fuel without more pressure.

Well I'm Runing. I have made only 23 km, after I left the garage and drove only 5 km I got a terrible fright when the car stops, suddenly in the exit of the highway and wont strat, even the starter engine did not work. The police tow the car to honda again. I was thinking the Worst: I blew the enigne becase something was not good. The problem was the battery, so I decided to get a new one to avoid any fright again.

Iincreased the fuel the pressure to 60 psi and shift at 3.500 rpm and never pass the 50% of Throttle posistion until I get the new injectors (440 cc) and finish the break in process

Air fuel ratio is 14-15, mostly 14.5, doing this type of driving.

the 9th of May Sean is comming to Spain to tune it with the AEM

cant wait to see how you like it!

I need to learn how to tune the AEM so I can travel around the country and the world at other people's expense.
