Default broken knock sensor

So I broke my knock sensor when I was putting my motor back into my car(I know I should have taken it out). I searched to see if any other knock sensors would work on our motor but found no concrete answers. I saw that a 99 odyssey knock sensor or an 03 civic si might work... If anyone knows if this is true or not i would greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Jordan

Why not just buy the OEM and not have to worry about if it works or not?

A 3 page heated debate why you should or should not change it.
Btw.. I found this by typing "knock sensor" in the search this forum box.

ouch, broken knock sensor. this just recently happened to me. the car was on limp mode for almost week and a half

i would say go with oem for piece of mind. cost me about $130 with shipping from majestic honda.

to give yourself some wiggle room, remove both of the small ground cables in front of the lower intake manifold stay.

I'd say buy the OEM S2000 specific one from Majestic like others have suggested...this happened to me and I waited a year to replace it due to money being tight...when I did, I had my local mechanic put the S2K on the lift..it's really the easiest way to go and it will be done in 2 minutes...the only thing is letting the car cool down so you don't burn your arm but it goes in very easily from under
