Default Broken Tabs on headlight.

I just bought a set of ap2 headlights for my ap2 front end conversion. However my friend accidently knocked over the headlight off of my table and one of tabs broke off! Is this repairable? Can I just find something at home depot or lowes to fix this? If so, what kind of bracket can I buy? Or do I just have to buy a new headlight now that the brackets are broken off?

you can try gobbing it up with epoxy and maybe some sheet aluminum with screws through it too. the combination should be good!

one of mine broke in shipping, i set the light in place with the front bumper off and then epoxied the tab and let it dry, its still holding strong a year later.

Okay. I just used JB weld on it. I'm letting it sit for a day to see how it turns out.

Very possible, I just saw one done on a Porsche Cayenne headlight yesterday. You have to find a good urethane (therefore plastic) worker, if u were in Norcal I'd recommend Mike Rose's Autobody in Concord. Look around because typically high volume, reputable body shops tend to have a good worker.
