Default Buddy Club coilover install help

Hey all, I picked up a set of used Buddy Club N+ Spec coilovers. They came without instructions of wrenches. Anyone have any idea where I can get these two things?

In the meantime, can someone give me the basics on how these things work? The bottom spring perch is adjustable, which I expected. But the bottom part of the shock is also adjustable, which is new to me (see the black locking nut?). Which one is normally used to adjust height? At first, my reasoning was that I can increase spring stiffness by raising the spring perch (which would also raise the car) and then lower the car back down by adjusting the bottom part of the shock, but the more I look at the pic the less I think that's not the case. Is that right?

If anyone knows how to set these up for street use with approx. 1.25" drop please let me know.

Also, how do I adjust dampening?

Hell, I don't even know which ones go up front or rear!

Thanks in advance

the long one goes in the front, dont increase spring stiffness to raise the car, leave the spring stiffness at 0, loosen the black ring a little, u turn the body clockwise to lower it and counter clockwise to raise it . once u have your height lock the black ring. i dont think these come with instructions from buddy club
