Building a sleeper
I just found this board today, wish I would of found it a long time ago.
Anyway, I have a 2002 Silver S2K (I had a 2001 silver last year but sold it). I don't really want to go too wild on the body just yet, likely just wheels which I will pick up soon. However I do want some performance but a little worried about what the local speedshop recommends. They say NOS, custom exhuast etc.
I would prefer Turbo or Supercharger, anyone have any recommendations, they are telling me that no one makes anything yet and NOS is the best bet.
Also, any recommendations on an exhaust or other mods, money is not a major issue.
Last thing, any local Southern Cal car clubs or meeting spots??

NAWSSS!!!
haha...it's hard to build a sleeper being it is obviously a 2-seater convertible sports car...but if you are looking for forced induction check these websites...
Speed-Craft Turbo
Comptech USA
after checking those websites out...do a search and read the comments of current owners...

that's my plan... I'm gettin some KG/M supersports, stock everything exterior, spoon CAD, STB, Xbrace, tie bar, radiator cap, and oil cap... not much for performance, but hey, nobody can tell... I like subtlety
