A/C Problems
Ok, wierd things going on with A/C. I did a motor swap and relocated the A/C lines. I used a vacuum pump and pulled a vacuum on the system before re-charging it. I used the PAG oil like I was supposed to. Charged to 60 on the gauge. It blows cold.
Now, in the AM when about 80 out, A/C compressor and fan will not come on, and no cold air. In the afternoon, when 95 degrees out, A/C compressor comes on and blows cold air. Whats the deal? I rechecked system pressure last night and it is still 60 psi with compressor running and blowing cold air. It was 98 degrees out when I did this. Then this AM, same thing. 75 degrees, humid and no cold air and no compressor. When I left work and 95 degrees out, AC comes right on and blows cold all the way home.
Help, I'm hot...

I removed the Duplicate thread in the FI forum.
You need to take it to someone that has a AC recovery station that can measure both high and low side pressures and evacuate any moisture from the system as well as charging by weight, not pressure.
