Are there any aftermarket or other Honda or Accura calipers that will fit the OEM setup of a 2001 S2K?

The Spoon caliper fits the OEM with a 3mm spacer I believe.

at least 10mm, those calipers are very thick

Correction: 15mm spacers and longer studs are required to fit the Spoon Monoblocks behind stock wheels.
