Yes.

Pop the hood and check out the backs of the lights. Somewhere in there is a crown gear looking thing. Use a philips head screwdriver or the like to turn it to change the angle of the light. Sorry, I don't remember which direction is which.

On an EU market car, the headlights are self levelling. There's an arm to the right rear lower wishbone to a potentiometer, that handles this. Means that to adjust the headlights on an EU car after lowering, you just have to adjust the threaded rod off the wishbone - you don't even need to take the wheel off. Then again, the same EU HID legislation lumbers us with the ugly headlamp washers, so it's not all gravy....

No. It you can still adjust the screw on both sides. But if you've the self levelling, then you can do both sides at once by just adjusting that.

My problem is that the left headlight is beaming a bit lower than the right side, after a bumper swap. Is this screw near the coolant reservoir? I've tried sticking all lengths of screwdrivers into the two holes in the fender but haven't come across any crown gears yet.

Where are you from? US cars have the left light slightly lower than the right by design - it's so you don't blind traffic in the oncoming lane.

I agree, my 2003 has the left light a little lower than the right on low-beam. Mine is a US model. I think every US model is a little lower on the driver's side not to blind on-comming traffic. I would say leave it alone. Honda knew what they were doing. Everybody that has an S2K that I have talked to in the US have the same light dispersion pattern. Good question though.

There is one for each lamp. I used a socket on mine, although I don't remember what size.
