NO MDS ITS JUST STANDARD BEEN DOING THIS FOR A WHILE THE BEST THING TO DO WAS ACELLERATE QUCIK FEROE MY CAR CAME TO A STOP. BUT NOW A HAVE LOWERED IT I CANT GO UP MY DRIVEWAY FAST.

ITS WHEN I LET GO OF THE CLUTCH, IVE TRIED AT LIKE 3000RPM THE REVS JUST DROP AND THE CAR JUST DIES DOWN. EVEN IF I TRY AND RIDE THE CLUTCH ITS LIKE THERES NO POWER THERE STILL.
CAR HAS 120K ON IT AND IVE JUST HAD IT SERVICES DIDNT HELP AT ALL.

Put your car into 6th gear and pull up the parking brake and have one foot on the brake pedal. Slowly let off of the clutch with your other foot and if it doesn't stall at the point of engagement you need a new clutch. I just did this test on my car. My car didn't stall until my foot was almost off of the pedal! Way past the engagement point and by engagement point I mean the part where it catches. If it stalls almost immediately, your clutch is good.

Only other thing I could think of might be is faulty MAP sensor. Is your idle all funky?
