Default Car dying

Having a problem with my car, the battery keeps losing charge.

First I'll lose my electronic power steering, then the radio will go out, then the guage cluster will go out, and finally the car will just die.

First thought was that my alternator was malfunctioning, so I installed a new one. Same deal. Threw in a new battery. Car ran for about 30 minutes, then exhibited the same behavior (just took a while to drain the new battery down I guess).

Any ideas?

Clean the cables?

Perhaps there is a short discharging all the power?

Just putting other possibilities out there for you.

Yeah, I plan to attempt to get a look at all my wiring, but I work and go to school full time, so it's hard to find any sun light in my free-time.

The fact it's redonkulously cold in St. Louis right now isn't helping either XD

Sounds like you have a drain somewhere. Do you have any stereo equipment or anything installed?
