Default Car leaking water

Hi folks,

I noticed my Ap2 S2k is leaking water. There is a puddle after I leave it overnight. So I looked under the car. Toward the front near the passenger wheel there is a black tube that sticks out. Is this normal or is it suppose to be connected to something? I can't figure out where its suppose to be connected to (if it is)

Here is a link. I could not figure out how to upload a picture directly from laptop.

If you want to post the image so that people can see it without clicking you need to add BBCode tags around it. It should look like this. (Ignore the strange colors.)
Code:
You can either manually add the opening and closing 'img' tags (slash is used to close it) or you can click on the picture button () in the toolbar and put the link in the pop up window.
