Default Car shoots to the left under braking

Hit the brakes on the freeway today and the car just shot to the left. The only thing that I can think of is that I had new rear tires put on and they might have been ballanced incorrectly?

No. balance = only affects the "bouncy" feeling.

I had this happen, most likely you were waiting for the tires for a bit? bleed all four brakes. report back!

For me, my front brake had some air in it after sitting for a while.

You might have a seized caliper or bad flex line.

Mine does the same thing but my brakes are about shot; very little left on pads, rotors need turned, needs bleed. I'm thinking it's time for an upgrade.

Check your tire pressure..

occam's razor

seriously, 90% of the time that's what causes this in our cars.

it's because you sit on the left side, duh.

bleed your brakes. that'll help... or you may have hit a patch of road where it was grippier on one side.

IF its under braking like the OP is saying, it is most certainly alignment or brakes.

tire PSI will only (should only) affect throttle on/off..?
