Default car shut off while driving :-(

Ok here is the mods on the car before I start.

I/h/e and a apexi neo tune

Alright so I was driving home from work and was at a stoplight. Started driving and opened it up alittle bit shifting into 2nd gear and all of a sudden my apexi neo shuts off then the car shuts off.... I roll over to the side of the curb and check my oil. It was fine. I had my s2k buddy qua come and try to jump start me and that didn't work. I even unplug my plug and play harness and put it back to stock and it still doesn't start.. I pulled my ground wire and reset the ecu and it still doesn't start... I pull most my fuses and none were blown... I gave up since it was getting late and pushed my car somewhere safe.. I can't figure out what could be.. all the car does is make noise from the starter... please can someone help me?

update**

I forgot to say my dash had been flickering for the past month or two. Went to autozone and was told me diode in the alternator was bad. Still don't understand why my neo went out and won't turn back on.. The car seems like the battary is fine. All the lights work fine and are not dime at all.

If he was jumping my car wouldn't it start even if my alternator was bad?

thats what i'm saying... it should start since my battery was connected to his, it would still stay on until I disconnect it. Then battery would get drained and car would shut off again. I have no idea what the problem could be. Engine still turns but it just wouldn't start.

we need some clarification. By "starter noise" do you mean that the engine cranks without starting, or that the starter makes a noise such as "click click click, " etc etc?

Check the main fuses under the hood? No burnt smell at all?

for something to go this wrong this fast, it has to be either a wire melting somewhere or a fuse blowing.

No. If the battery is shorting out internally, jumping it with a good battery will NOT work.

Try remove the old battery, then jump it. it might just work.

As for the V1 and stuff, those are all off of a accessory relay (cigg lighter) - should have less than a 15amp fuse, that itself wont blow anything in your car...unless someone tampered will it.
