Default Car will not start

Hello guys, im from virginia and im having some trouble wtih my s2k. Hope you guys can think of something. Here is the situation.

I was driving down the road and accellerating pretty hard... the car started to jerk back and forth like it wasnt getting any gas. I put it in neutral and the motor turned off. I put it back in gear and gave it gas and it started back up. I coasted to a stop off the road and from there on the car will not start. I had just filled the tank up with gas from Sheetz the day before and had about 4/5 a tank.

My thoughts.

Bad fuel?
Fuel Pump?
or Electrical?

Please give all input. The car is setting at the honda dealership, but they are closed on weekends. I plan to go down to the dealership and check anything that i can out tomorrow morning.

I had a fuel pump go bad on my MY00 sounds like similar symptoms though mine gave some pre-warnings, with some intermittent lost power issues( Also with no CEL) Bad gas is a possibility as well. Let us know what the dealer says.

It was turning over, but does not anymore. I think the starter is locked now from trying to start it. I'm stranded at my parents place, so I'm hoping the dealer gets to look at it monday morning. I'll post when they figure it out.

The car dropped a valve, a lot more serious then i had hoped. The honda dealership wnated to just replace the motor, so i towed it to another shop that is going to break down the head. Hopefully the timing chain is fine and the head isnt cracked.
