" If my cams are not aligned properly the car wont start ?? "

Hmmm... no. And you run the risk of damaging your valves. Recheck this. Be SURE your cams are in alignment with the crank. Don't attempt to start car, until you are sure static alignments are a-ok.

Good luck!

There are marks on the crank pulley and on the cam gears that indicate TDC for cylinder #1. Both pairs of lobes of the cams (intake and exhaust) should be pointing upward at a 10 and 2 O'clock position for cylinder #1 --- when the crank is at TDC (for Cyl #1).

Prolly best to SEARCH for photos and advise. It'll help. Once the engine's cams and crank are set to TDC, for Cylinder #1... and the timing chain is correctly placed & under tension. The rest of the engine's cylinders should be ok, wrt static valve timing. Car should start, provided you have plugged the spark plug wires in the correct firing sequence.

I'd search for clear explanations and be sure of how the engine's crank and cams rotation relate to each other. Position of cams- valves-piston for each cylinder, as you turn the crank over, by hand.

Anyhow, here's a link I found in this site. May help.

Good sign, anyhow. We need to wait until the Honda is out of hibernation --- to see if every thing is truly ok. Prolly is.
