More info would help! The (ESM) should not prevent the car from starting I don't think but it can make your car run like crap until you solder the connections.
What is it doing or not doing? Is it turning over at all? rough idle? throwing any codes?

Check your ignition fuse (15 amp).

This might sound dumb but did you try to jump start the car?

You need to be more clear with your descriptions. If the battery is "dead", it will NOT crank at all. Does it crank like usual? Or is it a weak crank?
Check all your fuses. One may have been blown (maybe the fuel pump one) when the installation was done. Also double check the wiring. Perhaps the wrong wire was cut or spliced into.

This would indicate that your battery has been drained somewhat. Was it like this on the first try after the install? Make sure you didn't "HOT" wire your A/C water pump (if you have one). Can you hear it running when the ignition is off? Put your ear down near the front grill opening.

YES. Assuming the only parts of the car you monkey'd with were the bits necessary to install the supercharger.

You can purchase a battery charger for $20-30 dollars. Attach the device and let the battery charge overnight. Report back with your success story.
