Default CEL after car in storage

have not been able to use the car for approx 6 months.. was kept in a decent garage over winter.

tried the car 2 weeks ago to check it was OK ahead of having to drive it, after charging the battery a bit - it started up first time and ran smoothly for 5 minutes - seemed as normal. Didn't drive it.

restarted it yesterday (again a bit of charging on the battery required)..

straight away it didn't sound good with a constant CEL coming up instantly.

the engine was rough and was popping and spluttering coming off the throttle and didn't want to idle properly.. would eventually stall

plenty of wet black gunk coming out of the exhaust.

it seems there are 2 codes on the ECU - which come back after reset,

P0107 0 - 3 --------------- Manifold Absolute Pressure Circuit Low Input
P0108 0 - 3 --------------- Manifold Absolute pressure Circuit High Input
P0335 0 - 4 --------------- Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0336 0 - 4 --------------- Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor Range/Performance

car is a JDM model year 2001, modifications to the car-

AEM inlet
mugen manifold
mugen exhaust

any thoughts or ideas? appreciate your help.

you usually get the CKP codes if it needed to be jumped
also cars here in the states that get parked for along time gets rodents under the hood chewing on wires..

charging wouldnt cause that code.. but its best to disconnect the battery from the car before charging .

should change your oil and just reset the code and see if the codes go away

reason for the CKP code from jumping the battery can be cause due to the abnormal cranking speed before starting

have taken the battery off and will put it on a slow charge over night

will then go around the wiring of these sensors to see if anything has come loose..

fingers crossed it is something simple as this
