Cel Code 60

Are the codes for the pgm style the same as the obd-II codes?
If so I guess a code of 6 long flashes means Air Pump failure? Can seombody confirm this?

Turns out the air pump isn't coming on even when directly powered.
So I guess all the codes are the same irrespective of the interface.
