P0302 7 - 2 P1399 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

So this is the second miss shift my ap1 has undergone 130k on my motor and the first time compression test was 185-185-183-190 so i figured it was good. Now after it happened My car sounds like it is running on 3 cyl and idles really rough..light is on while i was driving home constant and then when it was just at idle it is blinking. so i pulled the code 7 slow two fast which states cly #2 misfire. Where should i start pull plugs? compression test? or am i just screwed and i bent my valves or what? i am just freggin pissed and dont have tons of honda experience but i have done motor swaps and builds but never on a s2k. So any and all help would be awesome. My s2k has had a hard week 2 hit and runs and now i miss shifted and it runs like crap. Sorry for going on and on. Thanks
