Check the vaccum lines going to the air box. Fuel pump is in the trunk.

Actually the infamous code is P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow. P0410 is an air pump circuit malfunction. Could be several things. P0170 is a "sympathy code" due to the circuit problem. Find a local member with a Helm manual. This is a pretty easy code to troubleshoot but thre is no one right answer. You need to go through te list of usual suspects noted in the manual.

P.S. The reason it does it only when it is cold/warming up is that this is when the secondary air system is active. The pulsed secondary air system inject extra air to combustion to minimize emissions during warm up.

had similar experience. engine check light went on, and after getting it checked it was a small vaccum line around the intake box that was loose.
