Default cel p0411 cufused

I was involved on an accident the 23rd of sept only on the passenger side fender area meaning nothing but the fender got damaged. Today i turned my car on and got a check engine P0411 by the way i been driving the car almost everyday since accident but tho code came up until today. So did reserach found out it may be my vacum lines but i saw everhing correct so what do you guy suggest is the problem.

Could be vacuum lines, air pump or air pump housing, under dash fuse #6 ACG fuse (15A), poor connection at the vacuum control solenoid, many possibilities.

I had this problem show up this morning too. I haven't installed anything or wreaked just came out this morning turned it on and got the light. P0411- secondary intake. Is it bad to drive it with this light on? Any help would be awesome on how to fix it.

PO411 is the secondary air system. Driving with the CEL 'ON' will not hurt. You are all right, but most likely it is the vacuum lines going from the vacuum switch located behind the air filter box to the air-vacuum chamber and the vacuum housing on the IM (left rear). Trace the vacuum lines and make sure they are not kinked, leaking or crossed.

You can use the izze racing bypass to get rid of the light and lose some weight from the car. He is a sponsor on the board and i have one for sale for a little cheaper.

PM me if you are interested, it is a lot cheaper than buying a new air pump/etc.

Allright i fixed my problem. i had a vacuum hose fall off. it was one of the little red ones that sit infront of the engin. i put it back on and zip tied it(it was too lose to stay on by itsself) the CEL didnt go away right away but the next day driving to work i noticed it turned off. Hopefully this is the same problem for you Don cuz it was an easy fix. thanks to every one else for the help, im a new owner to the S2000 and dont really know whats going on under the hood of it yet haha. its a big comppplicated jump from my last car (CRX with a B16)

You can check to see if the ecu is still cycling and searching. Look in the repair manual for the procedure. Five blinks and it's still cycling and one blink it's set.
