Default Cel P0420

I installed a test pipe and it has the CEL fix but I am getting this code. Car is a MY06. is it simply because the car is running rich? Should I be worried? How I can I remedy the problem?

Any help is appreciated and thank you guys in advance!

Catalyst system efficiency below threshhold. I understand this is due to the 02 sensor picking up too much flow - correct?

Would an anti-fouler work for me?

Rather - is it okay to run the car like this? I am worried about potential harm/damage in the long run. All of the searches online simply write off that the CEL for this code is merely annoying, and nothing more. Should I be worried?

MY06+ sensors are picky. There have been many discussions and general consensus is a TP on a MY06+ will be a hit or miss with the antifouler. You can get it tuned out with a Kpro.
