CEL P1399 and P1457

CEL P1399 and P1457
HELP! I've been struggling with this CEL for the longest time and I dont know what could be the cause. At first it was a CEL for cylinder 1 & 4 then most recent one became 1 thru 4.
And now I've gotten a CEL for P1457. Does any one know the fix for this?
And is the car still drive-able?
