Over tight is bad. > 30#ft. If you want a piece of mind, remove em add anti seize and reinstall with a torque wrench to 20#ft.

I would do the above (I want piece of mind and consequences of a bad plug install can lead to severe engine damage, recent post here describes exactly that!).

However, the recommendation for anti-sieze should be tempered with the brand and type of plug you used. If you used NGK OEM (or close) plug, it has a coating on it to prevent seizing. Indeed NGK recommends you do NOT use anti seize on those plugs. (At least one removal and re-installation) You can look it up or look at your plugs. If it has a nice shiny threaded component, it has the coating. It is possible to over torque the plugs. If you use old school plugs, use anti- seize.

Hard to say by feel. Buy a torque wrench from harbor freight. $21.99 for 3/8 or 1/2" drive. Click type. Great investment. I bought both.

Do yourself a favor and put the plugs in dry. Do not put anything on the threads.
