Check engine light

I'm getting a CEL, every once and a while, the code reader says it's a VTEC rocker arm actuator stuck open. Anyone ever throw a code for this? What exactly needs to be done to rectify this issue?

how is your oil level? how many miles? any mods? i have heard of this once but i never found out the guys conclusion of what his problem was. i'll do a search and see if i can find it.
