Default Check Engine Light

So I've been complaining that my MPGs have been crap. Performance was ehh.. got my valves adjusted and spark plugs replaced. Ran only Shell V-Power and it has been running a lot better, but just got a CEL and had it checked. Turned out to be a O2 Sensor but Autozones thing never said if it was upstream or down but im assuming its upstream due to bad performance and mpgs. Upstream sensors ran 50-80 and 243.00 for downstream sensor crazy!

Whats OEM for the S2K? Denso or NTK? Bosch I'd assume isn't, more of a German car brand
