check your lugnuts!
I think most Hondas are 80 ft/lbs, except for the newer vans and SUVs.
I have been a mechanic for around 10 years, and the most common wheel off I see is failure to recheck the torque after 50 - 100 miles with aluminum wheels. I'm not sure why, but the steel wheels don't ever seem to loosen, while the aluminum wheels may loosen over time.
I think if you check the owner's manual, it says to check the lug nut torque periodically.
BTW - we use torque limiting sticks and an impact to snug the wheels, then hand torque to finish.
