Default chokin feeling

ok guys, i was drvin my s2k today and everything was fine then went to mc. D. to get food and everything was fine adn i decided to park really quick to pick up a sauce i didnt' get in teh drive through, so i parked for about 1 min the most and once i got in the car turned it on evreything blah blah got on my way and i made a right to exit the parkin lot and ocne i stepped on the gas a bit after the turn i could feel my car like chokin or boggin or soemthing as if the clutch was slipping a lot. i mean the rpms was goign but mph wasn't really and you coudl definately feel it and this happened about last week wehn i had maybe a bar of gas then i wetn and pumped gas again and had like 6 bars lets ssay but it had the saem feeling for about 10 min then it went away and this time i had or have 2-3 bars and it happened. could it be my clutch? or gas problem? injectors maybe? it only happend twice and last time i thoguh it might be from the gas cuz i pumped 76 about 20 min later i pumped chevron so i thought maybe it mixed up or some bull shit someone suggested could have caused it. what is this from?

Find out where your map sensor is, disconnect it, give it about 10 wacks and then plug it back in.

Take it for a test drive and see if that helps.

It could have been from the 76 (bad bad bad)

Also, since you were at 1bar of gas, taking a right turn would have "pulled" the gas in the tank to one side and away from the pick-up line for the fuel pump. Making it run extremely lean which is what usually makes it feel like it's bogging.

I can assure you that it isn't from changing to Chevron from 76.

Gas has to go through testing to be sold to the consumer ;p

I think kane's explanation is more appropriate.

If your rpm's were up either your clutch was slipping or you were spinning your wheels, Doesn't sound at all like bogging.

I do have a similar problem. . Occasionally, When I accelerate heavily at redline I - release throttle/press clutch - shift to 2nd - release clutch and full throttle. At the point of fully throttle the car chokes for just over a sec and then accelerates again without any problem.

Rarely, it also does it on a turn (my favourite turn at 0.8G on G-tech) as soon as i exit and fully press the throttle it chokes for just over a sec and then accelerates again without any problem.

the choking description, is like short of fuel or heat soak. As for petrol, the only petrol i can give the car is the only one I find locally (across the whole country)and its as shit as shit itself. But I always add octane booster to it.
