Default Clearing headlight help ASAP

I did a search and couldn't find any info how to clear headlight/turn signal. I have the headlight off the car already, all I need is the oven temperature and time you can start prying the headlight. My last sort is to use a heat gun, done on my Accord headlight this way.

I set my oven at 225degrees and left them in for 10-15 minutes. I pulled them out and tested to see if they were hot enough a couple of times.

Thanks for all your response. Finish clearing the headlight/turn signal. It wasn't that bad at all. I done it before using a heat gun but using the oven is much easier. I'll install the headlight first thing tomorrow morning. It looks cool and waiting for my JDM clear side marker form Muzmat.
