Default Clicking noise need help have vid

Ive had this horrible clicking noise for a while now i got a new tct and adjusted my valves but its still there. i used the old screw driver trick and i can here a loud click if i put the screw driver in the higher hex key bolt (not the one for the tct) and also it sounds like the noise is coming from the fuel rail. Heres a video with the camera over the rail any ideas let me now also during the video the car almost stalled wich has never happend before.

Identifying the source of the noise is always hard.
...but what I can hear is a "consistent" knock in the engine. I can hear a sound similar to a spun a bearing?

Regardless...it's a consistent sound. If you progressively raise the rev from idle to hi, is the sound all the way?

Definitely inside the engine....but I'm only guessing the sound similar to a spun bearing issue. You said, you have a new Timing chain installed, so we can rule that out.
I asked to rev it slowly (from idle to hi). Is the sound present all the way to hi rev?

I listened a few times...sounds a bearing.

Ouch!!, that does not sound good at all . My initial guess is that is rod knock, from a bad rod bearing. However, there have been people who have changed out the timming chain tensioner and have not put the gear back properly and got a noise from that. But you said it had the sound before you changed the TCT, so....... Let me see if I can't find where I found a reference to the gear issue.

here is the thread, the last post talks about the other possible issue, to bad the OP video does not work.

From what he describes and what I hear from your video, it does not sound like the same thing though. Unfortunately, I really think that is a bad bearing. What is the story behind the engine (miles, oil changes, f#ck ups, etc.)??

Do you know if he was running boost or anything, because that engine sounds screwed . I almost want to say he would have had to have known something was up when he sold it.
