Default cloud of white smoke

ok so this is the issue: White smoke comes out sometimes when im in heavy stop and go traffic and when I shift into reverse and start backing up. This is not a constant thing where its always throwing out white smoke but it usually happens most of the time. I take well care of my car as in oil changes every 2500-3k miles and use castrol synthetic 10-30, K&N oil filter, 5 min motor flush, 1 Quart synthetic additive I think its called lucas, engine restore (4 cyl) can, and a Fuel system cleaner. I don't "tear" up the streets with it, usually never in VTEC, have 86k miles on it, have Ricks headers, test pipe, and apexi N-1 exhaust, no tune. Any advice on this should I be worried or not even bother to care about it?

No I don't, may I ask what does that have to do with it because my coolant reserve tank usually is at the level it's suppose to be on the full line.

If it makes you feel any better, my first mod was a test pipe.

I bought my S new in 02. Put the test pipe in with ~10k on it, it would smoke like crazy sometimes at stop lights

You should be OK.

White smoke is usually an indication of coolant getting into the combustion chamber...ie, possible bad head gasket.

Take a vid of the white smoke and post it. Many people think that the condensation that the warm exhaust gasses make is "smoke"...but it's not and it's nothing to worry about.

It could be other things like stated above...but my car would SMOKE (white) at stop signs (sometimes) with a test pipe as my only mod.

If your not losing coolant, its not coolant causing the smoke.

as far as rings go that would be blue not white

correct me if im wrong but I think blue smoke indicates that the rings are bad.
