Clutch bleeding question

Default Clutch bleeding question

what kind of tubing should be used on the bleed valve and where can i get some?

Clear vinyl tubing from your local friendly neighborhood auto part's store. I don't know what size offhand though. Just eyeball the sucka.

Get a clue man. In no way will a brake bleed kit frm sears help the guy in his situation.

The poor guy asks for a buck's worth of tubing and he gets sent to buy a complete bleed kit.

i bought the tubing lol. unfortunately i'm still not satisfied with the feel. maybe i forgot what it used to feel like and im expecting something different? i posted a thread in bay area forum to see if anybody would let me feel their clutch and compare.

With particular emphasis on this:
11. Top up the fluid in the reservoir. Put the cap back on and secure it properly. Go give the clutch pedal a few rapid pumps. Recheck fluid level.

I have a $6 brake bleeding kit. It's a tube with a low pressure valve in the end. Provides adequate back pressure so I can do a one person bleed.
