Default Clutch Disc Question...

So I have what seems to me like a newB question.......but it's deceivingly tricky.

I was wondering if there are any performance clutch discs out there than can be directly swapped with our stock units.

More to the point: If everything in the transmission portion of the drivetrain is functioning perfectly, are there any performance clutch discs (not full on racing, but something that can stand some upshift/downshift abuse) which can be swapped in without the need for a new pressure plate/bellhousing/etc.

I know this sounds like I'm being a cheap tard, but if everything else is functioning perfectly, why replace it? (with the exception of wanting more grip out of the clutch disc)

Use the stock disk, and aftermarket pressure plate, and a NEW throwout bearing. Anything else is just false economy.
