Default Clutch Engagement Problems

My AP1 has about 30K on it. And I replaced the clutch master cylinder cuz
it was leaking. I adjusted the engagement point and everything is fine.

Then a week later it starting acting up again, it started to engage sooner.
The fluid is all dark now and I change it last week.
I don't know what the problem could be, pressure plate, slave maybe???

I have to shift slower now cuz it crunches in 2nd gear.

Any advice out there please?

however, that doesn't mean you're both having the same problem. there's many different things that can cause the problem you're having. SlowS2k already gave some great advice on this.

if the fluid is dark its contaminated. a week is way too short, check the slave cyl for leaking and look where the clutch pedal arm pushrod goes into the master cylinder, is it leaking on the inside of the firewall?

It was leaking where that rod was, but I replaced the Master Cylinder and new fluid and about a week later the fluid got dirty dark looking again. And now my engagement point changed.

The master cylinder is not leaking now.
