Clutch Install Issues

i guess i'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but...

you should be able to remove the slave and then look through the hole where the fork enters the housing and see where it meets the release bearing on the outer lip.
i had an issue with a super stiff clutch pedal, and somehow noticed that the ends of the fork were rusty. a little grease and BAM, back to feeling new

The picture is not really correct. The fork is not going to push on the bearing, it will pull it away from the engine.

The fork fits sort of in between the bearing ... not against it.

So then I did have it installed correctly, I was pretty sure the fork pulled the TO bearing away from the clutch. I greased up EVERYTHING really well so I'm gonna put it back together and see how it goes.
