Default clutch issue

back story:

800 miles ago:
I installed a competition stage 2 clutch

300 miles ago:
i installed a comptech supercharger kit

i was driving the car hard yesterday. when shifting from 5th gear to 6th, the clutch would not engage 6th gear. however, once i came to a stop i could engage first gear again.

The clutch pedal got very soft. when i let the clutch out (to begin moving) it feels like it is jumping... like half engaged half not. I parked the car just giving it a break.

i drove the car all day today, and it felt almost normal, the pedal was a little bit softer than normal, but it was okay. i shifted around 4k rpm tonight and it hit me like a brick wall again. it wouldnt engage gear, and the pedal got really soft.

the pedal is as of now much closer to the floor and very easy to push in.

has anyone had this problem?
or where should i start trouble shooting?

it has only happen these past two days after being run a little bit harder?

after driving it to work this morning the clutch isnt engaging right from a stop.. there is a slight chatter when starting from a stop.

also, shifting is much harder than normal.
there is a lot of play in the pedal and it feels as though the when i push the clutch pedal in it isnt doing anything.

1. Check your fluid levels.
2. Check your slave cylinder
3. Bleed your clutch

i checked the fluid, it's disgusting. I am going completely drain and refill the clutch fluid tonight. Do you think i should change the tranny fluid while I'm at it? the car has 100k on it, and to my knowledge, it hasn't been done.

its located on the trans.

get a friend to push in the clutch for you. you find the little rubber boot and pull it back. this should expose the end of the clutch fork and the pivot point of the slave cylinder.

just have a friend push in the clutch and visually make sure its moving freely.

when i was under the car just now, i noticed that the silicone gasket where two pieces of the transmission come together (almost directly below teh shifter) is hanging off.

I am leaking transmission fluid which explains my difficulty wit moving through the gears. how do i fix this?
