Default Clutch Issues, Help

Hey guys, hoping someone can spread some light on my clutch situation. I have an 06 with 43000 miles on it. Today when I was driving I noticed that when I pushed the clutch to the floor it would kinda catch in a couple of places. It wasn't really bad kinda felt maybe like something needed to be lubricated. It wasn't as smooth as it usually is. I guess it does it about 3/4s of the way down. Any Ideas?

Remember, it is still really easy to disengage the clutch.

Look at the slave cylinder and the pushrod that contacts the shift fork, see if the round tip of the pushrod is still smooth and round and not developing a "nipple" on the end of it. It has been shown that this "nipple" forming causes some of the sticky clutch feel you speak of. If it does have a "nipple" on the end of it, just sand it down smooth and round again and relubricate the clutch fork "cup" and the end of the pushrod with high temp grease. Might as well lube the clutch fork and throwout bearing while down there, just put some grease on a clothes hanger to reach in there and apply grease where needed. Hope this helps.

See in this thread the throwout bearing and throwout bearing guide which was woefully underlubricated and was causing problems for this owner. You can see them through the hole that the clutch fork comes out of with a flashlight.
