Default Clutch noise.....help please going crazy!

I just recently installed my clutch masters stage 4 and everything was going great, discovered that they use a factory pressure plate and the pedal feel was just as stock, slight shatter letting off but soft as a feather. Now while I am driving at about 20-40 mph and i am in a gear, once i let off the accelerator pedal a louddddd grumbling roaring noise is coming from under the shifter, this is only when i let off, once i engage the clutch in, the noise goes away.this also only happens below 4400 rpms and gets louder the lower it gets and actually gets at a minimun more towards 2000 rpms.

I would think a bad throw out bearing (but i just replaced it with the one that came with the clutch)
or a bad mainshaft (but it wasnt doing it before) my car only has 10k.

Well if anyone out there has any information or experience with this noise please inform me of what to do.
Thanks in advance.

Sam.

To be honest with you i had a lot people tell me that i dont need to resurface it when changing the clutch and only because my car only has 10k on it but it has occurred to me that this could be the problem.

the noise is driving me nuts

I had the same problem before I changed my cluchtdisc and it was solve giving more pressure to the springs that go in the inner diameter of the disc. They come loose from new
The noise was lowered 90%
and I think the other 10% will have to tighten them more
Tell me how you repaired them

ok i didnt change my fly wheel or resurface it however the car only has 10k on it. The techs at my job told me not to resurface it.I have a freind who has an ACT and he has the same noise, i also have a friend who has an EXEDY and also makes the same noise, yet mine is the loudest one of all and it happens in almost every gear when letting off of the gas (burrrrrrgghhhrhghghgg) coming from under the shifter.-Once i press the clutch the noise goes away man its really annoying.A lot of people think its the throwout bearing but i put the new bearings that came with the clutch kit throwout and pilot. I really dont want to take the tranny off again and have the same problem but if anyone knows how to fix this please help i am about to yank the steering wheel as hardest i can to the right and slam the car into a wall..... thanks
