Clutch OEM?
just joined and first thread so apologies in advance if I should have found this in another thread. Did have a look. Picked up my first S2000 today MY 2000. Also first time Honda owner. Mechanically very good apart from needing a new set of spark plugs and the clutch is on the way out. Looking for advice on anything I need to ask about having clutch fixed. Car is unmodified and I’m not looking to track/race it’s just a weekend cruiser. Will an OEM clutch be the way to go - any advice on what I should check with the shop - a local shop I’ve used for 30yrs.

OEM clutch, pilot and throwout bearing is the only way to go if want OEM reliability and quietness. It may even be quieter than your current setup if your car still has the original disk (those were suspect to buzzing upon deceleration).
Make sure they grease the input shaft spline with Honda hi-temp urea grease.
