Default Clutch replacement questions

I've read most of the DIY threads here.

i've read in most of the threads that you need to remove the exh. manifold to get to some bolts. Seeing that i am boosted, i wanted to know if i can just remove my downpipe to get to the bolts on the exh. side.

Thanks in advance.

That's pretty much impossible to know without seeing your setup. There are 2 bolts on the passenger side that feed in from the front, go through flanges in the block, and bolt into the transmission. Just remove whatever you have to in order to get to those 2 bolts.
