Default Clutch/Tranny Problems

ok had the clutch pp and flywheel all replaced.... anywho when car is off you can put car through all the gears. When car is turned on the wheels immediately start turning as if you were in gear (clutch is pushed in at this time) car is then VERY VERY HARD to get through gears and won't go in 4th 5th or 6th. So far we have tried the following.

Bleeding

Making a bracket to extend the slave cyl

also the fork isn't bent..

and we adjusted the clutch itself

so what could it be?

It seems to me that your clutch is not fully disengaging, but I think you already know this. You don't mention what type and brand of clutch disc, flywheel or PP. This might have something to do with it.
Is the fork fully seated? The fork ball cleaned up and greased? Fluid properly bled? Possible internal leak of either the master or slave cylinder or both? Any visible fluid leaks from the cylinders or lines or bleed screw? Slave cylinder solidly mounted in the proper position?

clutch and pp are ACT.. flywheel is fidanza. as far as i know everything is fully seated and the fluid has been bled more than more than once (this is the second time we've taken the tranny apart and put it back on and had this problem) slave and master cyl worked fine when car was brought into shop..

If you're certain about those items I listed, I'm not sure what else can be said.

Slows2k mentioned something not that long ago about the position of the throwout bearing.
It should be behind the pressure plate (IIRC), IOW between PP and FW (IIRC!)
Because "we" have a pull-to-release clutch.

Just thinking out loud on a Sunday afternoon.
